Becca joined the House group in October 2024 as a DPhil student under the co-supervision of Professor Saiful Islam and Professor Sir Peter Bruce. Her research focuses on understanding and controlling oxygen redox in beyond lithium batteries. She is a member of cohort 7 of the Faraday Institution PhD Enrichment Scheme. 
 
Before joining the group, Becca graduated from the University of Oxford with a MChem in Chemistry (2024). Her Part II project under the supervision of Professor Andrew Goodwin investigated the interplay of structure and magnetism in Prussian blue analogues.
