Yuan is currently pursuing her PhD in the House group, with the co-supervision by Professor Sir Peter Bruce. Her research centers on the development of earth-abundant cathodes for Na- and Mg-ion batteries.

 

Prior to joining the group, Yuan obtained a 4-year MSci degree in chemistry from Imperial College London (2022) and worked on semiconductor materials for photocatalysis for her final year project.
