Rui Qi

Rui joined the House Group in October 2025 as a postdoctoral researcher, co-supervised by Professor Sir Peter Bruce. His research focuses on elucidating the relationship between structure and performance in high–energy-density Li-rich cathode materials, associated with the 3D-CAT project in the Faraday Institution.

Before joining the group, Rui completed a DPhil in Materials (2025) in the department under the supervision of Professor Sir Peter Bruce, where his research centred on sulfur redox chemistry. He previously obtained an MSc in Materials (2021) from Peking University.
